I don't see anything that decodes the inner characters of the part numbers.

The 1st 6 are the part # and # of cores.
The 7th is likely the silicon revision.
What are the next 5?
The last 3 + R are the package and T&R
Where can I get clarification of the "5" in the middle to know
the differences between orderable parts?
