is it meaning, all ddr with bus width 15 bits should work fine?    eg: MT40A512M16TB-062E

Bus width of 15 bits?  Do you mean 16bits?  The DDR interface is compatible with DDR4 devices that are JESD79-4B standard-compliant

I made a mistake, it is 16 bits.    But for  JESD79-4B,  where can I see that info,  I check the datasheet  https://www.mouser.ca/datasheet/2/671/8gb_ddr4_sdram-3178156.pdf  of the ddr,  it never mentioned JESD79-4B,

Where can I find info   "MT40A512M16TB-062E is JESD79-4B standard"?
