TI-CGT: How to generate a library for some specific source files using command line makefiles?

Hello,

I am using ti-cgt-armllvm_3.2.0.LTS for building the project from the sdk ti-processor-sdk-rtos-j721s2-evm-09_01_00_06.

Could someone guide me on how to generate a library for some of the source code files? I would like to prepare a customised makefile for library generation for some files.

Build the source files just like you would for a typical application program. But instead of linking, use the archiver to combine the object files into a library file. Please see the Archiver Description part of the tiarmclang online manual.
