TMS320C6742: mobile DDR RAM

Tool/software:

We are planning to pair the TMS320C6742 DSP with a Mobile DDR RAM IS43LR16200D-6BL.

Is there any experience with this combination that this works? Or even the configuration code for the memory controller? So far we have only used non-mobile RAMs (IS43DR16160B or similar), but this is about minimal costs and the lowest possible power consumption with high quantities from the beginning, so that we do not want to take any risk...

For us, a further development of the 674x series in low-cost chips would be very interesting, e.g. a >=600MHz clock frequency variant of the 6748, with a little less power consumption if possible.
