Currently there seems to be only the ZUT package to select. Please refer below.

Link to where TMS320DM648CUT9 is listed as the active part and previously we were using the ZUT9 part. This is used in a DMD based imaging system.

Basically, the internal bump changed from Pb-based in the ZUT package, to Pb-free in the CUT package.

The PCN is attached with all the details.

The functionality of the device is unchanged.
