Tool/software:

Can you please say what will be the voltage across the RT resistor. Whether we have to consider the input voltage or is there any formula to calculate the voltage across the RT resistor. RT resistor value 174K and Vin = 28V.

Also, in 

LM5008AMM/NOPB

 Datasheet it has given that RT/SD pin voltage is between 1.5V TO 3V.  Can you please explain it? How to take the voltage value across the RT resistor.

    I am sorry. It is not allowed to disclose the details of internal circuitry. Basically, the RON pin voltage will be the sum of multiple MOSFET gate thresholds, which varies over temperatures.
