Hello,

I have a few questions about the DISPC. the customer wants to use the DPI signals but are limited in what serializer they can use. the questions are:

1. Can DISPC output 16bit Data?

2. Can J6 supply the MCLK and FSYNC signals?

3.will any output from DISPC will work with 14-bit parallel output plus MCLK and FSYNC?

16bit discrete sync data, then yes, it can output. For BT1120, it outputs over 20bits, but you can drop lower 2 bits in each component and can still get 16bit data.

i don't think it supports 14bit output.
