We recently purchased a new TMDX654IDKEVM from you, which worked fine for the first two days. However, the connection between the ETS board and the PC suddenly disconnected. I can successfully ping the PC's IP address (192.168.5.2), but there is no response from the ETS board's IP address (192.168.5.1). How can I fix the IP address for that specific control interface port? Could you please advise on why this issue might have occurred unexpectedly? I've tried different PCs and multiple cables, but the problem persists.
