        We recently purchased a new TMDX654IDKEVM from you, which worked fine for the first two days. However, the connection between the ETS board and the PC suddenly disconnected. I can successfully ping the PC's IP address (192.168.5.2), but there is no response from the ETS board's IP address (192.168.5.1). How can I fix the IP address for that specific control interface port? Could you please advise on why this issue might have occurred unexpectedly? I've tried different PCs and multiple cables, but the problem persists.

    1) What version of Linux SDK is running on the AM65x EVM?

    2) Are you connecting to a CPSW Ethernet port, or a PRU Ethernet port?

    3) When you say "successfully ping the PC's IP address", are you pinging from the AM65x EVM, or from somewhere else?

    4) What do you see on the AM65x uart terminal? Are you seeing any outputs that indicate the state of the Ethernet port?
