Is the CR5 image an AUTOSAR image? Or is it just a combined baremetal example the MCAL application? Did you integrate the sciserver into your CR5 image? If you are trying to flash the MCAL image from SBL, you have ensure the device manager is integrated into it. 

You can take a look at the CddIpcRProcLinux example for reference. (It has sciserver integrated for reference)

Yes.. CR5 image is an Autosar Image.. here we integrated TI MCAL with EB BSW Autosar Stack. This is not a combined baremetal example.

We have not integrated sciserver with our CR5 App image.. Can you please let us know the steps to integrate sciserver for Windows environment?

We are using TI SBL for reset functionality testing as discussed in: https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors-group/processors/f/processors-forum/1414746/processor-sdk-am62x-am62x-boot-flow-process 

It will be helpful if we can have a debug session for better understanding.
