SK-AM62P-LP: Debugger Issue

We are using am62p-lp and trying to connect with xds debugger trough micro usb connector(JTAG).

while launching the target configurations i am getting error reporting as below.This is the test connection log.

firmware update, invalid XDS110 serial number, or faulty USB
cable. The firmware and serial number may be updated using the
xdsdfu utility found in the .../ccs_base/common/uscif/xds110
directory of your installation. View the XDS110SupportReadMe.pdf
file there for instructions.

    Thanks for your query.

    The error above is thrown by CCS when the device driver is unable to communicate with the JTAG debugger. Can you please check the cables and the connection once?

    Are the cables used is in good condition? Is it properly connected to the PC and the EVM?
