No, it is not possible to use CPSW2g from both cores at the same time. 

AM68A has two CPSW2g instances one from MCU domain and another from main domain.

You can use MCU domain CPSW2g from R5F and Main CPSW2g from A72 core. If you requires connect both in same network via network switches/routers.

If you want to use single CPSW2g instances and share the data across cores, then you can use CPSW2g from one core and transfer data to other cores via IPC.
