PROCESSOR-SDK-AM62X: Upstream support to PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX

Most of the features that can be functionally validated thru any of the TI board variants ( AM62 SK , LP) boards  are either upstreamed or posted for upstream.

Some components like the below are yet to complete in upstream ( in mailing list under review and not in linus master yet)

As part of our automated test cycle, when bugs are identified and fixed w.r.t capabilities tested on upstream baseline, these gets submitted upstream as well for review and mainline integration flow 

from https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/ti/linux.git/log/ to linus tree as part of community maintainer flow.

In the link mentioned here, you can see some of the new AM62 community board related DT fixes that are even getting posted for this flow.
