TDA4VP-Q1: LPDDR4 memory

Hello Experts

To meet the processing demands i need to increase the LPDDR4 memory size.

Requirement : 12GB

TDA4VP has 3 LPDDR4 channels . so is it possible to connect 1 x 8GB and 2 x 4GB.

If the above configuration is feasible what is the possible impacts.

    You need 12GB or 16GB? If you only need 12GB, then you could use 3x 4GB memories. 

    If you need 16GB, then the 8GB memory would have to be physically connected to DDRSS2 and the 4GB memories would need to be connected to DDRSS0 and DDRSS1. The upper half of the 8GB memory would not be interleaved with the other memories.
