Would it be possible to obtain details of the emulation (debugging) interface of the C6x and C5x TMS320 devices? Such that we can load code into RAM over JTAG, without using CCS or any TI emulation probes.
We are looking to provide functional test capabilities, such as reading internal ADCs, as an addition to boundary scan testing. It appears the only public documentation that relates to this is the ICEPick reference guide, but there is no documentation of the emulation interface of the DSP core itself (that I can find).
I imagine some sort of NDA would be required for this documentation to be shared and we would be happy to discuss this. Please let me know if there is any possibility of us obtaining this documentation and how best to proceed in doing so.
