Hello Rakesh,
Thank you for the query.
We do not make part recommendation.
The pare selection depends on the use case.
You might want to look at the Ethernet PHY product page for selecting the required EPHY.
AM62A currently support industrial EPHY.

Hi,
How can i get clarity for the using automotive ethernet with AM62A7. Please provide details on over it.
Hello Rakesh,
Thank you.
AM62A7 is the MAC and supports Media independent interfaces such as RGMII and RMII.
If the EPHY you select can be configured for these MII interfaces, from the hardware the feasibility check step would be complete.
Did you look at the TI EPHY solution to choose a device.
Once you choose the TI device, the EPHY product line can support.
