AM3352: Device fail to power up after using for a few months

Can you describe the failure - permanent or intermittent that is recoverable. 

You might want to check if the device is being stressed by some circuit implementation.

It's the permanent failure. 

As of now, we couldn't figure out what is causing the AM3352 failure since we didn't change the design and a lot of boards are failing recently. 

Can I share our design for you to review?

We don't observe the failure during manufacturing process. It typically fails after a few months of using the product at the field.

For some of the cases, failure occurs after the software upgrade is completed. 

But for other cases, failure occurs randomly.

End equipment application is the network cable testing. 

I've sent the schematics of the main board in the private chat. 

I've also sent the rejected TI FA form in case you would like to refer. They rejected the FA due to the parts are out of warranty.

The core board schematics provided seems to be partial.

I see some of the attached device on the carrier board powered by supplies on the carrier board. Not sure if there are any inputs applied to the processor before the supplies are ON. 

Could you please verify.

I am checking internally on the other inputs.
