I have some questions.

1.Judging from the datasheet, there are no GPIOs in the MCU domain. In this case, is it impossible to control the GPIOs within the MCU?

2.After entering the only MCU mode, the main domain will be powered off. Does this mean that the GPIOs cannot be used?

Yes, it is possible. I have looked at the schematic diagram and found that WKUP_GPIO_6 (TP45) should be available for use. It seems that no other GPIOs are directly led out, Or other GPIOs all have other uses. If you have any better suggestions, please feel free to let me know.

Whether wkup_gpio0_6 is used for other purposes in the only mcu demo requires research into the code, but it can be configured for normal IO use.

The power supply is VDDSHV0_MCU

PMICB's GPIO11 control enable. Just measure the C96 side voltage before and after low power consumption.

I used a multimeter to measure， C96 is normally 3.3V, and it is 0v after entering only mcu.

This means that after entering only mcu, wkup gpio cannot be used?

I am sorry but i did not get it. 

Please go through the schematic and figure out the free WKU GPIO and use it internally for controlling mcu only mode.

My meaning is that I want to use the GPIO as an input to control entering and exiting the only MCU mode. When the only MCU mode is entered, the power supply of the wkup GPIO is also turned off. In this case, I won't be able to exit the only MCU mode by monitoring the GPIO.

ok, i am really doubtful that WKUP GPIO would be turned off in mcu_only mode, but let me check with the team and get back to you.

As I said before, I measured the VDD_IO_3V3_LS voltage, and it indeed dropped from 3.3 volts to 0 volts.

Yes, but that does not mean WKUP GPIO is not accessible. Can you check if WKUP GPIO registers are accessible in MCU only mode? If yes, then you should be able to receive input over GPIO, isn't it?
