Can you please give your recommendation to replace MT53E1G16D1ZW-046 WT:C (LPDDR4 2GB 16b) part ?
The AM625 only supports 16bit DDR, and the MT53E1G16D1ZW-046 WT:C part that the customer was using is no longer available, so they are looking for a replacement, but it is difficult to find a 2GB 16bit LPDDR4 product.
Do you have any recommendations for 2GB 16bit mode LPDDR4 products and,
If so, please let me know if I can use 4Gb (32Gb) 32bit (16bit x 2ch) memory as a replacement, using only half the capacity to replace the existing 16bit 2GB single channel product.
It's hard to find 16Gb (2GB) 16bit single channel LPDDR4 products
