Tool/software:
As per the order number T05502655 we have received the part #TMS320VC5501PGF300 in loose condition and with the pin bend issue which is not acceptable as per our Quality terms.
We would like to return and replace the damaged parts with the new parts.
Prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciable.
