Hello,

As I understand from the I2C configuration, the Main Domain can use the MCU Domain I2C and the Wakeup Domain I2C.

So, my question is:

Can the MCU Domain R-Core access the Main Domain I2C in AM62Axx?

As there is only one I2C Module in MCU Domain and I need 3 more in my application which is running on the MCU domain. and if yes then How, Thanks.

As per the TRM, I can see the main domain I2C interrupts can be routed to MCU R5F. So you will be access Main Domain I2C from MCU domain.

Please refer to i2c read mcu-r5fss0-0 example of MCU+SDK which uses main domain I2C0.

I found Also UART, CAN, SPI interrupts in the Same table, So is it safe to say MCU can access all of those too?

Yes, if the interrupt map table has interrupt line connected with the MCU core for above main domain module. It means that those modules are accessible by MCU domain.
