AM6442: Linux-RT require any license

No there is no commercial license needed for TI Linux. RT just means some config options and patches on top. License details are included with the SDK download, https://dr-download.ti.com/software-development/software-development-kit-sdk/MD-InmvA50mCw/10.01.10.04/software_manifest_am64xx-evm.htm . Available if you click "Download" on 

Scroll down to SW manifest to see the specific licenses for each open source component in the SDK.
