AM62A7: How to use processor clock for peripheral on AM62A7?

You have to specify which PLL you want to clock out rather than the 24MHz specification ?

You can check the clock tree below and this is helpful to find out which is the PLL clock you need to clock out.

Please also confirm that you wanted to do this testing on the Linux A53 side and not on the MCU R5F core RTSO/NOROTS ? 

I feel these are observation clocks rather doing from the Linux A53 core  doing it on the MCU R5F core is easy and you can confirm.

I want to do this testing mainly on Linux A53. The clock out should be generated from processor itself. But if it is not available, I can then go with MCU side provided the clock should be configurable from the Linux driver.

Q- Also is there an example regarding the processor clock out?

Hello Vanshika Mandhyan,

By default, the SOC will not drive the clock output.

To drive the clock output, we have to do PADCFG register settings and Mux selection.

We don't have any examples, and you are expecting this testing mainly on the Linux core. So, moving thread to Linux experts.
