Customer met issue on MP scenario.
At present, AM3352+WINCE has a black screen problem on site. The preliminary internal investigation results are: the WINCE system does not start the application program when it is started. Since the device does not have serial port conditions, the internal judgment is based on the hardware signals of some key nodes.
The phenomenon:
The logo is displayed after startup -> about 10s -> the device logo is not displayed + the backlight PWM duty cycle is 2% (the logo is not displayed because the lcdc is reset under the kernel, and the PWM duty cycle becomes 2 because the PWM is initialized to 2% under the kernel)
We use another device to reproduce in office: When the device forcibly returns an error when obtaining the RTC time interface, a similar phenomenon is also reproduced on site.
Please help analyze the possible points of abnormal application startup in the wince system and the dependence of the wince system on the RTC time.
