May I ask if you recommend the heat generation power calculated by PET for thermal simulation?
I calculated the Power supply using the PET tool and obtained the Estimated Total Power=4.092W. At this time, the entire controller has a 12V power supply and a working current of 0.32A. The total power consumption of the entire controller is 3.84W. That is, the SOC power consumption calculated by the PET table is even greater than the actual power consumption of the entire controller. Do you have any optimized methods to obtain the thermal power value so that the thermal simulation results are closer to the actual usage situation?

The SOC current consumption is use case dependent and we have provided the maximum current rating in the above referenced document for supply sizing.

I would expect a thermal simulation to be performed for the actual use case.
