My understanding is that DMA transfer is possible with OSPI and LPDDR4, but looking at TRM, it seems impossible. Please confirm if it is possible?
If not possible, do we need to connect to MCSPI if I use the QSPI specification fast non-volatile memory with DMA transfer enabled?
If so, what are the following MCSPI specifications?
- Maximum clock frequency (I think tc(spiclk) = 20ns is probably 50MHz.)
- Can both SDR and DDR be used?
- Can I use it in QSPI?
