I found the following E2E post:: C6748 uPP max data rate for the 450 Mhz part

This covers the maximum throughput of the uPP interface.

Note that the maximum throughput is dependent on the device operating point. See table 6-116 in the device datasheet for the max cycle time for each operating point.

For the F28388, I suggest you get the answer direct from the team supporting that device. You should post the question in the C2000 microcontrollers forum.
