To ensure the long-term success of customer designs, TI is evolving our support model for the AM68/AM68A and AM69/AM69A products. We are excited to deepen our collaboration with our premium partners Phytec and Toradex to provide dedicated software and hardware support going forward.
After December 31, 2025 direct design support via TI E2E forums will wind down and users will be directed to our trusted partners for new design requests as we are committed to ensuring a smooth support experience transition.
We are working closely with Phytec and Toradex to offer comprehensive support channels. For new designs, we strongly recommend leveraging the System-on-Module (SoM) solutions available from these trusted partners. They are fully equipped to assist with both hardware design and associated SDK software offerings.
The devices will stay active on ti.com and samples will be available for ordering for all active and new designs.

You can still search for development resources from the product pages. If you have particular questions, you can search for related questions and answers from the archive of TI E2E support forum responses. To effectively find relevant posts for these devices, we recommend to use Google site search by entering "<DEVICE NAME> site:e2e.ti.com" followed by the search keyword in the search field or address bar.
For new product design on the AM68X and AM69X, customers can choose to use the AM68x/AM69x with Processor SDK releases on ti.com. Hardware support is provided by and limited to the collateral that is available on ti.com product pages

For applications requiring functional safety certification, we recommend migrating to the TDA4VE/TDA4AL/TDA4VL (AM68 + safety addon) and TDA4VH/TDA4AH/TDA4VP/TDA4AP (AM69A + Safety addon) equivalent part numbers.
