In the process of developing a circuit using TDA4VPE-Q1, we would like to implement an ethernet function of 2.5Gbps or higher.

You need to select ethernet phy of 2.5 gbps or higher. Please let me know the chip that has been developed in the past
If you don't have it, please give me information about other options

I am trying to clarify if you are trying to find a suitable Eth PHY that can support more than 2.5G rate or is there particular question about the TDA4VPE?

I could find the Eth PHY selection guide here.

I currently do not see a 2.5G PHY however, we can still ask them if anything in this works.

Reg TDA4VPE, it supports 1G, 2.5G, 5G, 10G Eth Baud rates on the SERDES.
