The design package (available from Ti.com) includes *_ALG.zip file. This should be the 'extracted' PCB information for other tools to import. I don't know about PADS tool specifically, but that is the file's intent.

The design file for the www.ti.com/.../J742S2XH01EVM board, "SPAC001A.ZIP (296001 KB)" does not have the *_alg.zip file.

*_Please tell me the location of the alg.zip file
