    Which ARM based product is the best fit is kind of dependent on what your specific system needs are, the Sitara AM3517 is certainly a good contender for this sort of application as there are plans for industrial temperature versions and it includes a CAN controller that is commonly needed in such automotive applications as well as a 3D graphics accelerator that is ideal for high end GUIs, and for telematics, map rendering.

    I am not sure if there are plans for an automotive grade part if that is necessary for your particular application, in general for automotive inquiries I would recommend working with your local TI contact.
