Interfacing of ADS7881EVM with TMS320C6713 DSK with the help of 5-6K interface board

Hi,

I need to interface an ADC with C6713 processor, I got ADS7881EVM which is 12-bit ADC along with 5-6K interface board but I don't have any idea how to interface them with C6713. I read some documents by TI but didn't benifit much. I would really appreciate if some one help me getting started. Looking forward for any help.

    Biswajit,

    The ADS7881EVM's User Guide explains how to connect it to the 5-6K board. The matching connectors are listed in that document.

    The 5-6K board's User Guide explains how to connect it to the DSK6713. It has a drawing of the two board connected to each other.

    You will follow the signals that are on the ADS7881EVM's connectors down to the DSK6713 to find how to communicate between the two board through the 5-6K interface board.

    If you click on the ADS7881EVM link in your post above, it will take you to the ADS7881EVM Product Folder. On that web page, you will find a reference to the User Guide and to a document titled "Interfacing the ADS7881 to TMS320C6713 DSP". Perhaps that document, with the User Guide, will provide some new insights for you.
