Hi,
I am using the DM8148 EVM. After I start the board with the original SD card which came with the board, and take a dmesg log, I found that vpss module insertion which is done through load-hd-firmware.sh is giving the following error message while inserting.
VPSS_CAPTURE: cap init

In the load-hd-firmware.sh script in line no. 33 the following command is responsible for inserting the vpss module
" modprobe vpss sbufaddr=0xBFB00000 mode=hdmi:1080p-60 debug=1 "
