Hey TI team,
I started to work with the TMS320C5515 FDK. Im a beginner in the DSP-progromming world and have no Idea where I have to begin. I use ccsv5 and my operating system is windows 7 Following steps I have already done:
1) demonstration mode --> successful
2) load the FDK-Demo --> successful
3) load the programmer.out --> successful
Till then was everything OK. After loading the programmer.out file an follow the description I think that I overwrote the demo program which was flashed on the board. I download a bin file cleaner.bin and I experimented. After that demo mode doesn't work. just the deal all button gives a voce notification when it is pressed.
4) I tried to burn binfiles (awt310.bin, OP-100R,N.bin...) on the board but I don't know how I can test it?
I gave 721+binfile address --> process was done! But the trying to write on the other memories was not really successful sometimes it got stuck in NOR Flash..., erasing ..., and didn't continue!!!
5) the windows-program doesn't work
so my questions are:
where I could get the demonstration mode again from?
what does the programmer.out file actually do?
in the end the FDK-Demo program doesn't work on my laptop but on my PC at least it read fingerprint from the sensor although I didn't actually understand how it does because recognition is mostly not correct.
