OMAP L138 hard and/or soft macro availability

Is OMAP L-138 platform available as a soft or hard macro? I would like to know if TI or anybody else provides this platform for ASIC integration.

I would like to notice that TI don't provide specific ASIC information, without special NDA agreement.
