What processor & board are you using ?
If it is OMAPL138 and running linux then you can get open source application from net for capture the image from video stream (camera o/p)
What are you trying to do ?

I want to capture stream on ARM , and share to DSP(IPC or SYSLink).
After install MCSDK, I find that there is not any capture example, so I post question.

Unfortunately, there is no example to capture video on MCSDK.
You can use Ubuntu 10.04 LTS or 12.04 LTS to build the rootfs/bootloader/kernel of MCSDK 1.01. The target filesystem was already available as a part of MCSDK package.
