Hello,

As a cost reduction I am to find a drop in replacement part for TMS320C6454, is there one I can use that is fully compatible with TMS320C6454.  This part has been on the design for a long time and the cost is high.  I think TI may have moved forward with this DSP and most likely it is backward compatible.  Can any one advise.
