Hello,

We are using HPI as GPIO on TMS320VC5407 devices. We found there is some jitters in GPIO output (around 1.5ms). Does anyone know what is the latency of the GPIO signal? Thanks.

Unfortunately, this is a very old device with very limited design information. Shall see if the information you are requesting is available and post back here if I have an update.

1.5 msec is huge! Unless you are clocking the part at 1 kHz, I would say rather confidently that you have a software or system design problem. Perhaps post some code, or a block diagram.
