AM3871 CE and FCC certification

Dear Support Team,

We have a device based on AM3871 (AM3871CCYE80-ND) CPU and there is a task for our product to be certified (to obtain CE and FCC sign).

The CPU we are using has a marking - Contains lead / RoHS non-copmliant on DigiKey site  .

Could you please answer - if we could pass CE and FCC with AM3871CCYE80-ND ?

And why DigiKey has so strange description about RoHS notwithstanding official PDF for this CPU.
