Is AM335x to be qualified for AEC-Q100?

Hi Yimin,

As far as I know this is an automotive standard, and AM335x are not automotive devices, so I don't think they've been tested to comply with AEC - Q100: Failure Mechanism Based Stress Test Qualification For Integrated Circuits.

However, I'll consult the design team to elaborate on this.

From what I know there is an automotive device identical to AM335x. Please ask on the Automotive Processors forum: e2e.ti.com/.../1020

Hi Yimin,

Biser is correct, the automotive team will give you the equivalent of AM335x devices, which you can use in automotive applications.
