TMS320DM6467T: why VTT termination is not required in DDR2 ADDR/CMD signals

Part Number: TMS320DM6467T

We interfaced TMS320DM6467T with two no’s of DDR2. While running DDRx batch simulation in hyperlynx we are getting setup time in negative values saying the signals are not met the specification of DDR2.

We are operating at 792MT/s and DDR2 will support till 800MT/s.

We have query in termination to be applied for ADDR/CTL signals.

We have pulled up VTT for ADDR/CTL signals at T-Branch network and then my signals are getting passed in hyperlynx DDRx Batch Simulatiion.

but the TMS320DM6467T datasheet doesn't mention the vtt.  Will it create any problem ?

Can you please tell me why VTT termination is not required when other manufacturers like nxp, cadence are recommending to use ??

Thanks in advance!
