Hello,
I am referring to the following page:
1. However, PSP 04.07.00.02 Supports 2.6.37. I wanted to check if TI814X is supported in newer kernels Such as 3.xx or 4.xx Kernels.
2. Also, Which PSP is the latest and recommended. We are looking for PCI support and Video Input Support.
3. On the Video Input Port Support - Do i need the HDVPSS packge or the drivers are present in Linux OS itself.

PSP 4.07.00.02 is for TI811x/J5Eco/DRA62x device. The latest PSP for TI814x is 04.04.00.02

No, it is not. We have 4.x kernel support for similar device TI813x/DM38x and DM8127, but not for DM814x

PSP 04.04.00.02 plus some patches on top of it.
PCIe support and Video input support are available in this PSP 04.04.00.02:

It depends of what you need exactly. You should check the HDVPSS driver wikis, if they cover what you need, then you do not need the HDVPSS package (HDVPSS firmware source code):
