Hello TI,

How many Video streams of data can i encode in parallel on DM8147 Processor. Is this support available in software. Do i need the HDVPSS package to do this.

What are the resolutions that are supported if i go for multiple parallel encoding.

We are using Linux and planning to use H.264 + AAC encoder.

Thanks for the info.
So do you use IPNC RDK? For only encoding you don't need HDVPSS.

Ryan,
1080p@60 & D1@30 is possible with 450Mhz. Multi channel encoding is supported in H264 Encoder.
