    The devices have the packages, number of balls & ball location.
    However, carefully compare Pin Assignments for the TMS320VC5402GGU (144-Pin BGA) Package† with Table 2−1. Pin Assignments for the GGU (144-Pin BGA Package)†

    Make sure they are absolutely pin-to-pin compatible. ..
