If I want to capture both HD and SD video, is it enough to connect 74.25 MHZ clock to VPIF channel0 input clock? or I need to multiplex 27MHZ and 72.25MHZ clocks to VPIF channel0 and channel1 according to the resolution?

From a DM6467 perspective, you will need two clocks ( 27 MHz and 74.25 MHz); however, external to DM6467 you may be able to have one 74.25 MHz clock along with PLL/Divider logic (ratio 4/11 ) to generate the 27 MHz from 74.25 MHz.
