DM385-AR0331: Image tuning tool v.3.0 installer is incomplete

The IPNC RDK v. 3.8.1 comes with an installer for your Image tuning tool v.3.0, but the application has as a prerequisite v7.13 of the Matlab Runtime libraries from Matlab R2010a, v7.10.  This is no longer available online and MathWorks indicates that you, as the developer, should either include it in your installer or make it available upon request.  Can you please provide an installer for v7.13 of the Matlab Runtime libraries?
