which packages are available for the DRA744, and also for the DRA793?

Are the parts in this family available with a different package than BGA?

For example TQFP or LQFP?

Hi Fred,

Only FCBGA packages are available for these devices. You can also check such information for any device in its product folder, for example DRA744 - www.ti.com/.../samplebuy or DRA793 - www.ti.com/.../samplebuy.
