AM3703: Package markings and latest errata

Part Number: AM3703

Hi,

the errata for the AM3703 outlines the package markings, e.g.

AM3703CUS

YMLLLS

additionally there is one more line

XYZ CUS G1

How is that interpreted?

Secondly the TI website final AM3703 errata is dated Feb 2014. Have there been any changes to the AM3703 devices since then? I don't think there were, but wanted to confirm.

Hi Gunter
The case marking portion that you highlighted are for internal tracking. Should not be relevant for customer consumption or interpretation.
Any specific reason you are looking for more info it.

On errata - correct as far as I know there does not seem to be any pending erratas that are in the queue .

Hi Mukul,

the customer may be seeing different behaviors across boards and they are trying to correllate with any information on the package marking. LTC is the obvious one.

Can you confirm that there are no changes to the AM3703 devices starting 2015? I assume there are no changes.

I will loop you in with the quality team - as this is not something that apps usually keeps track of.
In general if a customer has concerns or issues with a batch of material, they can always initiate an customer return and see if requesting failure analysis makes sense
