I'm drawing timing sequence about TMS320C6720 in word software,but I don't know whether there is any standalone drawing tool you have to drawing timing sequence ?

Your question is more general but not TMS320C6720 related. Nevertheless I'll try to give advise.
You are free to use each one product including free and web based. You can search in the net for such products.
But TI using Corel Designer in most of the TRMs and Datasheets:
