We also have requested details from StackArmor some weeks back now, with all the questions answered and received no response. As someone on this thread indicated, in the EU this is false advertising if the service is no longer available. The ability to simply place the SDK on the device from the git build also seems to be compromised as the WiFi cape shipped with the Element 14 kit doesn't seem to work out of the box. I have a post on this site for assistance on that subject and have no response as yet.
