DiVinci with XDS100v2

Is the XDS100v2 JTAG emulator compatable with the DiVinci 64x+ based processors? From the wiki it seems like they are.
Also, I assume this is all in official documentation somewhere.

I noticed that the TMS320Dm6433 data sheet mentions that the JTAG interface is IEEE 1149.1 compliant. However I am not sure how this relates to the JTAG emulators (IE XDS100, XDS510, XDS560). Please explain.
